By accessing this website or engaging Impressive by Design for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.

Impressive by Design provides website design, branding, graphic design, print design, and web application development services for small businesses and entrepreneurs.

All services are delivered based on the scope, timeline, and deliverables defined in a signed proposal or project agreement. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

Work begins only after a written proposal is accepted and any required deposit is received. Payment terms are outlined in each individual project agreement.

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

• Final deliverables are released upon receipt of final payment

• Invoices unpaid after the due date may incur a late fee as specified in the project agreement

Prices on our website are indicative only. Final pricing is confirmed in writing prior to project start.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, materials, and timely feedback. Significant delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline or result in additional fees.

You represent that any content, images, logos, or materials you provide do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses or permissions for materials you supply.

Upon receipt of final payment, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables produced specifically for their project (e.g., custom logos, website design files).

Impressive by Design retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, unused designs, proprietary tools, templates, and methodologies developed during the project.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Revisions beyond this scope or requests that constitute new work will be quoted and billed separately.

Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing before additional work begins.

Impressive by Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Our services are provided "as is." While we take great pride in our work and stand behind the quality of our deliverables, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased traffic, sales, or search rankings.

We are not responsible for third-party platforms, hosting providers, or software changes that may affect the functionality of delivered work after project completion.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination:

• The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date

• Deposits and payments made for completed work are non-refundable

• Ownership of deliverables transfers only upon receipt of full payment for work completed

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sacramento County, California.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
