Your Privacy Rights
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. This page explains what data we collect, who we share it with, and how you can opt out.
The only third-party analytics tool on this site is Google Analytics 4 (GA4). When you accept cookies, GA4 collects anonymous usage data (pages visited, session duration, general geographic region) and sends it to Google's servers. This data is used solely to help us improve our website.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use advertising pixels, session replay tools, or behavioral targeting. Form submissions (name, email, project details) are transmitted only to our email via Formsubmit.co and are never shared with marketing third parties.
Click the button below to save a "declined" preference on this browser. GA4 will not load on your next visit. This preference is stored locally on your device and does not expire.
You can also opt out across all websites using the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
California residents also have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@impressiveby.design. We will respond within 45 days.
For more information on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
